These are just some our favorite photos from this engagement session at the beautiful Willowwood Arboretum in Far Hills New Jersey! Since we read the signs along the way, Willowwood began as a peach farm that was converted into an arboretum and eventually preserved as a Morris County Park. We had a blast exploring the many paths and trails that wind throughout well manicured for, but still natural looking grounds as the flowers and plans began to bloom for spring. Alisha and Brian at first admitted that they always felt awkward taking photos in the past but we are pretty sure they looked like total naturals within 5 minutes of arriving and jumping into things. We can’t wait to photograph their wedding in the coming months!
For anyone looking for a beautiful, natural, and serene engagement session location, Willowwood Arboretum is a breathtaking choice. There is no entrance fee, but permits or advance permission may be required. If you are looking for a wedding photographer and to schedule an an engagement session Contact Us for more information!

Two Adirondack style chairs perfectly positioned in a field looking straight out of a magazine.
Those crazy roots poking out of the ground are called Cypress Knees. We had to get a photo somehow involving them and look them up later to learn something new! wikipedia.org/wiki/Cypress_knee
This flowering tree couldn’t have been better as a spring backdrop and was a total match for their outfits.
A Forsythia and a holly tree with the perfect amount of space in between to not get poked while grabbing this photo!
