Photographs from this winter wedding that we captured in Seaside Park, NJ. Though it was admittedly a bit frigid outside the best part of the beach still looks beautiful any time of the year! We began the morning photography at the bride’s parents house where both the bride and groom were getting ready separately amongst their parents, siblings, and loveable dog. After a first look with her father and brother in the upstairs hallway, the bride came down to the living room for a first look with the groom itself. The photos of everyone’s reactions really speak for themselves. We drove just a short way down the road to the Park Pavilion to capture some photos of the couple before the ceremony began. As we mentioned before, it was cold cold, so we did a quick 20 minutes loop between the beach, boardwalk, and arcade and the coupled strolled, kiss, dipped, and danced along the way. Most of the day was captured in our photojournalistic and candid style of just going with the flow and snapping photos of anything and everything interesting whether a big moment or small memory!
The ceremony took place in the main ballroom of the venue along a wall of windows overlooking the beach and ocean. As friends and family watched from around the venue the couple said their own vows before making the marriage official with the rings and kiss! The reception began with everyone lining the dancefloor for entrances, first dances, and dances with the brides father and grooms mother. A short and sweet toast kicked off a night of good food, great music, and just an all around amazing time for everyone in the room!
We love to photograph beach weddings any time of the year and anywhere along the Jersey shore. Take a look through our other weddings and contact us for more information!
