This wedding took place entirely at the historic Nassau Inn in downtown Princeton, one of our favorite locations and one we end up quite often! Everything from getting ready to the last dance took place amongst their various spaces spread around the different wings of the building.
Both the bride and groom got ready in the suites at the Inn, surrounded by their closest friends and family. The rooms were full of laughter combined with some happy nerves Once everyone was dressed, we went outside to capture a few wedding party and individual portraits of both the brides and groom.
Since the couple chose not to do a first look, there was an extra buzz of excitement at the ceremony itself in the Nassau Inn’s outdoor courtyard. When the bride walked down the aisle, the groom couldn’t hide the surprise on his. Every moment of the ceremony was heartfelt from the personalized vows and stories shared by various friends.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails while we captured portraits around the Inn and in the beautiful Palmer Square just outside the entrance.
The reception was held inside the Inn’s main ballroom, with grand entrances leading in first dances, heartfelt speeches, great food, and a packed dance floor in every free minute between the formalities.
The Nassau Inn was the perfect setting for this wedding of this loving couple. We had a ton of fun photographing it from beginning to end and can’t wait until we end up back here again.
