Our photographs from a wedding taking place at an and around Lucien’s Manor in Berlin New Jersey. We began at the bides childhood home in Sewell where really the brides puppy was the biggest star of the day. But after lots of pets and pats it was time for him to go for a walk and time for everyone to get dressed. With the help of her mother and sister her dress was looking perfect, jewelry was on, and it was time for a touching first look with her father at the bottom of the staircase! Separately, the groom got dressed before the ceremony at the couples new home with the help of father and groomsmen.

Then we headed to the St. Joan of Arc Church in Marlton just as guests were arriving and the wedding ceremony was set to begin! The full mass was truly beautiful with readings, the exchanging of rings, communion, and a kiss! After a receiving line and a bubble exit on the church steps we quickly took family photos on the church alter then hopped in the trolly and headed to Lucien’s Manor. The outdoor courtyard at Lucien’s had beautiful sunset type lighting and the perfect spots for some portraits of this couple amongst the brides, gazebo, and landscaping.

After a fun filled cocktails hour involving a portable speaker and a conga line, family and friends were called into the large ballroom. The couple made their entrance from the top of the stairs and went directly into their first dance in the center of the ballroom. The speeches, toasts, and dances with their parents were all weaved into a evening with laughter and happy tears mixed in. Eventually, all that was left to do was cut the cake and for everyone to jump on the dance floor to enjoy the party!

We had a ton of fun capturing this day in our candid and photojournalistic style. We spend only a smaller part of  wedding really directly interacting with the couple; mostly during the family photos and portraits. and just let the rest of the day flow and happen naturally.
